Privacy Policy
SONGJU TOOLS is a SONGJU TOOLS functional test scenario, not a manufacturer or supply website. When the site is visited, it automatically records page and campaign source, locale and device information, a pseudonymous first-party visitor identifier, and network information for traffic measurement, content improvement, abuse prevention, and company-level IP identification. This measurement does not wait for an analytics-permission button.
Measurement details: the approximate location of a visit (country, region and city) is estimated from the IP address using IP geolocation by DB-IP (https://db-ip.com), licensed under CC BY 4.0 (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/). The location lookup happens on our servers; DB-IP does not receive your IP address. The site also records the device type, operating system and browser, the browser language, time zone, a screen-width range and whether the screen supports touch; how the visit arrived (search engine, AI assistant, social network, email, advertising or another website — for an advertising click only the type of click identifier is kept, never its value, and email recipient tracking tokens are removed); and interaction events such as pages viewed, downloads, forms started and chats opened. Automated traffic is flagged and excluded from interest measurement. The full IP address is shortened to its network range (/24 for IPv4, /48 for IPv6) about 30 days after collection, in a process that runs daily; the shortened range is kept until the event itself is deleted under the 180-day analytics retention period. When the site owner enables them, the IP address and technical request data may be sent to company-identification data providers to estimate the visiting company, and to the Meta Conversions API for advertising measurement.
Engagement details: for each page the site measures how long it was actually viewed (only while the browser tab is visible and the visitor is active; idle time is not counted) and how far it was scrolled, and the page reports this when it is hidden or closed. It also records interaction events: copying text inside a product's model number or specification table (the first 100 characters, with email addresses and phone-like numbers removed; copying anywhere else is not recorded), clicking a phone, email, WhatsApp or LINE link (only which channel, never the number or address), switching language, enlarging a product image, playing a video, opening the careers or quotation page, leaving a contact or quotation form unsent (only the name of the last field used, never what was typed), and requesting a page that does not exist (its path only, without the query string, and with any address or phone number in the path masked). Words entered in the site search are used as typed to find matching pages, and are recorded together with the number of results; email addresses and personal numbers are removed from them before they are stored and before anything is sent to Google Analytics. A visit in which many pages are left instantly without any interaction is treated as automated traffic, for that visit only. These records are kept with the other website activity events for at most 180 days. No screen recording or browser fingerprinting is used.
An IP address or visitor identifier is technical data, not a person's name. SONGJU TOOLS uses network signals only to estimate that a company network may have visited; it does not claim to identify or confirm a natural person, and a company match does not automatically send email or create an individual customer record. Google Analytics may process limited measurement data; advertising and personalization signals are disabled.
Information actively submitted through a form may include your name, company, email, phone number, country, and test content, and is handled separately from company-level traffic measurement. Do not submit sensitive data, purchase commitments, drawings, or other confidential material. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
Test records are retained under SONGJU TOOLS external-test retention rules and may be removed by a system administrator when testing requires it. This test site does not provide SONGJU TOOLS sales contact or replies.
