1. Requirement review
Confirm intended use, destination market, model, quantity, target standard, evidence, marking, packaging, Incoterm, and required date.
2. Feasibility and quotation
SONGJU identifies open specifications, process partners, tooling, MOQ, sample cost, planning lead time, and commercial exclusions.
3. Approved sample and files
The physical sample, model specification or kit BOM, artwork, labels, inspection points, and approved substitutes become the production reference.
4. Production and release
Incoming and lot checks follow the agreed risk plan. Final release covers function, markings, contents, retention, labels, carton quantity, and required evidence.
5. Repeat-order control
Any material, geometry, supplier, finish, packaging, or BOM change is reviewed before implementation.
